Football does it.
Tonight the family is split into two. We gather in my parents' place to watch the football final between NS and Kelantan. We of course give support to the NS team, meanwhile some of the in-laws from the east coast would discreetly pray for Budu team to win. My youngest brother texted me his regrets for not coming back as Petr*n*s sent him to do some offshore work in Labuan.
Had it been end of the month, my other younger brother would not have made it too, as accounts closing would make him turn the office his second home.
One of my sisters manage to come back since there's no duty at the camp, and she has also stopped doing locums in anticipation of her tummy ballooning.
And here I am, writing this just before the game starts, to shout my best:
Hobin Jang, hobin!!!! (Beat them!!!!)
Chahya thinks the Cili Api team can manage 3-0 with the Budu team.

Eh tak sangka ada warikh den kek sini. Jang did very well tonite. So 3-1 to NS. One thing I observe both teams ada pemain yang sangatlah hansem! :)
dia gocoh denge kusi stadium ha ha ha.....wanted to go to Bkt Jalil for the game but decided against it knowing how the Budu's fans are....but glad that N9 won
Congrats to the NS team for winning. Tapi sedih la ada penonton yang takleh nak accept defeat. Buat busuk nama negeri kelantan je.

Siap bakar2 kerusi stadium lagi!! Cehh! Tapi I paling kesian kat mamat yang tolong padamkan api dengan fire extinguisher tu...tak pasal2 kena baling dgn botol air kena kat kepala.
Such display of mannerisms for a supposedly fun/entertaining event such as this game definitely does not reflect the tag often associated with the State.

Luckily the in-laws reactions to the red team's defeat tak le seperti kat stadium tu hehehe. The Cili Api supporters kat rumah pun tak le over...we're fully aware that excessive, extreme cheering & comments could provoke others. Family harmony is more important than anything else :)

Takkan la sampai tinggalkan stadium walaupun game tak habis lagi.
I kesian pulak kat the Kelantan players, disaat2 dimana sokongan yang lebih padu dan jitu diperlukan, majority of their supporters turn their back and left. Having said this, I must give credit to Indraputra for his unwavering spirit to score a goal for his team in the last minutes.
He must have felt betrayed by the supporters, who missed his contribution.
